The Concorde Case Management modernization effort consists of the re-development and enhancement of key applications directly related to DEA's case management system. The modernization will enhance the way DEA manages its cases through a newly-designed, event-driven data capture functionality. Some of the key benefits include, but are not limited, to the following capabilities: replace form-driven data entry with event-driven data collection; new User Interface (UI) incorporates improved Section 508 compliance; reduce administrative time spent duplicating data across multiple forms; improve integration among case management applications; enhanced exportability of forms and attachments; and overall time reduction for data entry and processing forms.
