Systems and Integration Office s (SIO) Data Center Services & Hosting is comprised of Enterprise Server Operations Center (ESOC) and Strategy, Governance, and Services (SGS). ESOC data centers provide 24/7/365 support for customers and infrastructures, servers, & storage. SGS conducts security monitoring of all SIO systems and resources; develops, monitors, and executes SIO approved budget and cost models; manages and monitors SIO IT investments, programs, projects, and agreements.
