CTS processes internal and external documents and correspondence. The kinds of external documents and correspondence that CTS processes include
- letters from the White House, Congress, and the public
- requests for status of complaints, stakeholder concerns about policy changes and invitations
Internal documents tracked by CTS include
- decision, information, policy, and hiring memoranda
