Description
The National Claims History (NCH) is CMS data repository of all Common Working File (CWF) processed Part A and Part B claims transactions (flat files) from 1991 to the present. The NCH front-end system (MQR/MQA) receives daily batches from CWF, performs basic editing and ultimately consolidates the daily batches into weekly files. The scope of the investment provides ongoing support for the maintenance and services of the following systems: MQR, MQA, MedPAR, MedPAR Baystate DB2, IBNR, DMF, PRP, SUM, STS and ECR. Activities include systems analysis, design, development, programming, testing, data analysis, documentation, and special projects.
