Description (proposed based on CBS notes): The investment will pay for continued annual maintenance and software expenditures for the BOT as well as a subscription to PACER service which provides access to court filings and research of the daily bankruptcy filings to identify cases with Medicare interest, and a daily research of current bankruptcy inventory to identify court closings. CMS will be using the BOT to search the PACER service system. This robotic process access (RPA) tool can do the search daily and access millions of records.
