The Feedback Analysis System is a Cloud-based Artificial Intelligence (AI) /Machine Learning (ML) platform including Natural Language Processing (NLP) that: 1) establishes a common infrastructure for future AI/NLP/ML models, 2) will support access to a pool of federal and contractor data scientists and analysts to independently perform analysis, and 3) easily accommodates connections to other data sources within CMS. An MVP will be established to support missions within CMS CCSQ and provide a framework that can be adapted and used for other programs and teams at the direction of CMS.
