NAMCS Health Center Electronic Health Records is an interactive version of the Facility Interview program and Recruitment Database. The Facility Interview Questionnaire is the data collection tool the NAMCS recruitment team will use to capture responses from a nationally representative sample of 50 Health Centers from the base sample and 100 Health Centers in the back up sample. The Recruitment Database will serve as a data repository of Health Center demographics, contact information of Health Center officials, and the various contact attempts of the recruitment team to encourage Health Centers to participate in NAMCS and complete the Facility Interview.
