Investment Detail
The TOMIS system's return on investment is the increase and improved reciprocal relationships with foreign countries. Since the members of the foreign Embassies, Consulates, International Organizations, etc. are required to use the TOMIS system to communicate with OFM and the Office of Protocol, updating, securing, and improving the user interface directly ties into the improving reciprocal relationships. Part of the effort is securing the TOMIS data from breaches and hacking which leads to improved data confidentiality and integrity.
