BIE - Education Learning Management System (eLMS)

The purpose of eLMS is to support BIE's Strategic Transformation of Education Plan that is designed to provide the technology and training necessary across the entire State Education Authority to create academic performance that is acceptable and sustainable. This project aligns with the BIE Road to Success for a new way of doing work and improve its education service delivery. It also serves as an enabling function for BIE's transformation into a service-minded institution that will provide a high-quality education to students through the BIE Strategic Direction. The objective is to provide a modern approach to instructional education for students with a standardized Learning Management System (LMS); a standardized curriculum for Grades K-12; a common baseline for IT and School Infrastructure Improvements; and Improved Internet connectivity. Current funding will support the LMS when fully deployed.
