The purpose of the Osage Suite investment is to support the Osage Agency in the administration of the Osage Minerals Estate, Osage Annuity/Lake Funds and Osage Real Estate Service Program. The Osage Suite contains information as to approved leases, division orders, production, and royalties. The Branch of Lease Management utilizes the system by encoding division orders for the payment of oil and gas sales. The Branch of Accounting utilizes the system in the recording of all production, sales, and royalty payments. The Branch of Subsurface utilizes the system prior to issuing drilling/workover/plugging permits. The Branch of Field Operations utilizes the system to identify producing and non-producing leases prior to performing site inspections.
