BIA s FASS-CMS Cloud supports financial assistance and social programs which are intended to provide funding for basic unmet needs of eligible Indians who either have no access to or do not meet eligibility criteria for benefits from other country, state, or Federal welfare programs. The purpose is to improve case worker s productivity and decision-making process, by providing complete case information and conforming to their work flow, while enabling better resource management. The system automates the application process, ensuring compliance with eligibility criteria, automate case workflow, providing adequate tracking and records management, support financial payments in eligible Indian clientele and provide adequate management reporting for performances and compliance management. The process of record-keeping helps clarify and focus social services work by providing accountability to the clients and benefits by greater accountability and quality of services.
