The Audit Report Tracking Tool (ARTT) is a caseload management system used by the Division of Internal Evaluation and Assessment (DIEA) and Indian Affairs (IA). Its purpose is to compile and track information on Tribes and Tribal organizations Single Audit Reports. ARTT supports IA s Financial Assistance and Grants Management monitoring program by providing management with information on the receipt of Single Audit Reports, findings and questioned costs identified in the reports, and management decisions that are coming due or are overdue. ARTT also reports on open findings and disallowed costs being tracked for collection. ARTT s value to IA is assist management in achieving compliance with 2 CFR, Part 200 - Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards, and the Single Audit Act.
