Contractor support services required for maintenance and operations of ARPA-E website and three web-based software, eXCHANGE ePIC, eXCHANGE is ARPA-E;s web-based online application portal, which is used to publish Funding Opportunity Announcements (FOA) and manage the receipt and merit review of submissions (including concept papers, full applications, and replies to reviewer comments, etc) ePIC is a web-based program management system and is the ARPA-E's portal for the submission of award deliverables and administrative data by its recipients. ARPA-E collects and stores project information, quarterly reports and invoices, and maintains task and milestone tracking within ePIC. IMPACTS (Indicators Measuring Progress and Charge Tracking System) is a central data repository and software workbench used to track key early indicators that help illustrate how the advanced R&D funded by ARPA-E can potentially impact commercial markets.
