Government Description
Ground maintenance for usag humphreys and area III. Provides all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform grounds maintenance tasks as specified in the performance work statement (PWS. Key tasks include mowing and trimming grass areas, leaf and debris removal, weed elimination and vegetation control to enhance visibility and reduce insect populations, maintenance of traffic flow for vehicles and pedestrians during service tasks, and restoration of any damage to government property caused by contractor operations at no additional cost. Work is performed at various locations including camp humphreys, high point remote signal site, richmond remote signal site, camp ames ammo, Army depot #3, bayonne remote signal site, sockor, railroad transportation office at pyeongtaek station, camp yongin, K-16, camp tango, microwave madison site, and beason.
