Leased telecommunication service. Provides leased telecommunications services for United States Forces Korea (USFK) units and organizational activities across the republic of korea (ROK), including DOD/did trunks, local and long-distance circuits, fiber/copper cables, strategic cable routes, ducts, poles, network services, and other long-haul telecom services. The contractor is responsible for submitting and implementing a Quality Control Plan (QCP) to ensure service quality, including methods for identifying deficiencies, corrective actions, and maintaining records of inspections and corrective actions.
