Government Description
PM FOR BOILER & HEATING SYSTEM. THE CONTRACTOR PERFORMS INSPECTION, TESTING, AND MAINTENANCE (ITM) OF MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT AT USAG HUMPHREYS, INCLUDING PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE FOR BOILERS, HEATING SYSTEMS, COOLING SYSTEMS, KITCHEN EQUIPMENT, GAS LINES AND EQUIPMENT, AS WELL AS OVERHAUL OF PRESSURE REDUCING STATIONS AND UNSCHEDULED REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE. ADDITIONAL TASKS INCLUDE INSPECTION AND TESTING OF PRS AND GAS LINES, PROVISION OF ENGINEER, TECHNICIAN, AND COMMON LABOR SUPPORT, AND UTILIZATION OF A COMPUTERIZED MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM.
