PM for HVAC system. Includes preventive maintenance, on-call service, and repair of HVAC systems in Unaccompanied Personnel Housing (UPH) and Senior Leader Quarters (SLQ) at usag humphreys. Tasks performed involve call center operation, minor repairs, inspection and cleaning services, unscheduled maintenance, and hourly labor for engineering and technical duties. Additional work includes cleaning mold, repainting interiors, repairing and replacing HVAC components such as compressors, fans, pumps, and coils, and restoring ddc communication for hpus.
