IDIQ award for rocky mountain arsenal environmental remediation services. Work performed includes Operation and Maintenance (O&M) of remediation systems, water treatment plants O&M, groundwater wells and surface water sampling and monitoring, landfills and covers O&M, infrastructure and facilities maintenance, regulatory interface support, program records management and reporting, land use controls compliance, environmental compliance, and non-routine requirements such as engineering and modification of remediation systems, demolition of unneeded remediation systems, and technical support of litigation. Additional tasks include design of consolidated groundwater treatment plants, consolidation of Army administrative areas, and transition activities.
