Includes rehabilitation and repair of lock and dam 24 service bridge and tainter gates, including replacement of tainter gate chains and associated machinery, structural modifications, painting and repair of tainter gates, and painting and repair of the steel service bridge. Additional tasks include replacement of bridge bearing bolts, walkway grating, and structural steel repairs, as well as column replacement at seven piers and associated concrete beam and slab replacement.
