Architect and Engineering (AE) services to support the sabine pass to galveston bay, coastal storm risk management and ecosystem restoration, orange. Work performed includes survey, investigations, comprehensive planning, technical analysis, modeling, engineering, design, construction phase services, and support for the design and implementation of the orange levee system and ecosystem restoration. Specific tasks include early contractor involvement developmental design, subsurface soil investigation planning and execution, value engineering studies, programmatic services, workshops, and subsurface investigations to inform the design of the orange county csrm project.
