USACE hec O&M contract provides Operations And Maintenance (O&M) support for the hec facility. Work performed includes carpet replacement, fire suppression switch replacement, boiler demolition, Building Automation System (BAS) security updates, emergency BAS repairs, data center HVAC repairs, sewer drainpipe repairs, transformer and panel replacements, overhead electrical lines repair, removal of metal map cabinets, renovations, repairs, and alterations, chiller insulation and repairs, ceiling replacement, and various streetlight repairs.
