Surge - new radio systems. Supports the procurement, programming, installation, and delivery of new radio systems and equipment—including Land Mobile Radios (LMR), portable and mobile radios, radio infrastructure, and associated accessories and services—across multiple U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) districts and project sites. Includes radio system modernization, life cycle refreshes, infrastructure upgrades, site surveys, tower mitigation, and installation of communication enhancements such as donor antenna systems and siren/light packages to support daily operations, natural resource management, emergency operations, and security. The contract covers a wide range of locations and operational needs, providing both new equipment and maintenance or repair services for existing radio systems.
