Cathodic protection services--base year. The contractor performs cp surveys and corrosion control actions for petroleum facilities at defense fuel support points (DFSPS) on U.S. And overseas military installations that store petroleum products capitalized by DLA Energy (DLA-E). Includes conducting annual cp surveys, assessing structures for cp needs, interviewing local staff, researching site conditions, and providing reports on cp inventory and system condition, with recommendations for corrosion protection and restoration. Monthly progress updates and compliance with security regulations on military installations are also required.
