Government Description
SFOO O&M services IDIQ provides oversight, management, and assessment of facility and infrastructure operations, maintenance, and repair, material control, and customer service for the USACE South Florida Operations Office (SFOO). Work performed includes operations management, maintenance and repair of buildings, infrastructure, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, water, and disposal systems, as well as maintenance of roads, drainage structures, boat ramps, parks, recreation areas, locks, dams, and water control structures. Additional tasks include heavy equipment operation, canal grading and stabilization, tree clearing, mold remediation, minor construction, diesel fuel tank replacement, electrical upgrades, procurement and installation of CCTV systems, and roof replacement at various SFOO sites. Services provided throughout the south Florida area of responsibility, including locations such as canaveral lock, herbert hoover dike, ortona lock, st. Lucie lock, south Florida operations office, and W.P. Franklin lock and recreation area.
