Government Description
Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) for multi-disciplinary maintenance, repair, and minor construction in support of Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM) public works and other customers supported by the seattle district US Army corps of engineers. Includes a broad range of trades such as carpentry, road repair, roofing, excavation, interior and exterior elements, mechanical, electrical, steam welding, asbestos and lead paint abatement, and plumbing. Task orders may also involve incidental design efforts including fire alarm and sprinkler systems, HVAC installation and balancing, communications systems, minor structural design, and licensed professional engineer certification. Additional work may include environmental abatement, erosion control, earthwork, system testing, Anti-Terrorism and Force Protection (ATFP) requirements, Leadership In Energy and Environmental Design (LEED), Low Impact Development (LID), Energy Independence And Security Act (EISA), Energy Policy ACT (EPACT), and historical building renovations.
