PHOSPHORIC ACID DELIVERY ORDER CONTRACT STATEMENT OF WORK. THE CONTRACT REQUIRES THE FURNISHING AND BULK DELIVERY OF PHOSPHORIC ACID 75% CONFORMING TO ANSI/AWWA STANDARD B507 (LATEST REVISION) AND CERTIFIED TO NSF/ANSI STANDARD 60 FOR USE BY THE WASHINGTON AQUEDUCT DIVISION (WAD) IN WASHINGTON, D.C. THE PHOSPHORIC ACID IS USED IN THE WATER TREATMENT PROCESS AT THE DALECARLIA AND MCMILLAN WATER TREATMENT PLANTS, WHICH SUPPLY POTABLE WATER TO APPROXIMATELY ONE MILLION PEOPLE IN THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA AND NORTHERN VIRGINIA.
