Overview
Government Description
Multi-discipline architect-engineer design multiple award Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC). The contract provides comprehensive Architect-Engineer (A/E) services for renovation and new construction projects, including preparation of plans and specifications, design-build rfps, cost estimating, site investigations, master planning, nepa documentation, programming (1391), surveys, geotechnical investigations, permitting, charrettes, bim, energy modeling, leed documentation, value engineering, and coordination with government agencies. Work performed includes construction phase support such as shop drawing reviews, site visits, technical assistance, commissioning, and operation and maintenance manual preparation for a variety of facilities including laboratories, warehouses, military testing and housing, administrative, recreational, and child development facilities. Task orders have included design and engineering for DHS Detection Sciences Testing and Applied Research (DSTAR) transportation security laboratory campus, dcang taxiway and ramp repair, rehabilitation and renovation of multiple buildings, commissioning support for currency production, and design of specialized infrastructure such as explosives decomposition chambers.
