Government Description
5 year requirements base contract for ground vehicle systems center prototyping integration facility advanced vehicle development and requirements support services. Work performed includes prototyping, integration, engineering, and support for advanced vehicle systems; production and installation of wiring harnesses, fire detection systems, and smoke grenade launchers; field testing and maintenance of ground vehicle robotics; software engineering support; weld training; non-recurring engineering for fmtv model trucks; procurement of mounting clips and turret stands; equipment repair, crating, and shipping services; and material and labor support for projects such as maps gen II, abrams, stryker, and bradley platforms. Additional services include support for vehicle test sites, logistics, and procurement of parts for projects like the Common Remotely Operated Weapon System (CROWS) and multi-mission protected vehicle system. The requirements are delineated in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) under section C - description/specifications/statement of work.
