Government Description
THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE ALL PERSONNEL, EQUIPMENT, SUPPLIES, TRANSPORTATION, TOOLS, MATERIALS, SUPERVISION, AND OTHER ITEMS AND NON-PERSONAL SERVICES NECESSARY TO PERFORM HVAC PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE WORK. SERVICES WILL BE PERFORMED AT THE DEWEY SHORT VISITOR CENTER AND THE TABLE ROCK PROJECT OFFICE IN BRANSON, MISSOURI. KEY TASKS INCLUDE INSPECTIONS AND MAINTENANCE OF HVAC SYSTEMS AT DESIGNATED FACILITIES, PROVISION OF CERTIFIED/LICENSED HVAC TECHNICIANS FOR SERVICE CALLS AND REPAIRS, AND ENSURING ALL PARTS AND MATERIALS MEET CONTRACT SPECIFICATIONS.
