Government Description
IDIQ SATOC FOR SWL MINOR CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS (CW AND MIL). THE CONTRACT SUPPORTS THE U.S. ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS, LITTLE ROCK DISTRICT, BY PROVIDING REPAIR AND CONSTRUCTION SERVICES FOR REAL PROPERTY FACILITIES WITHIN CIVIL WORKS AND MILITARY BOUNDARIES. WORK MAY INCLUDE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL, OR FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEMS; CONCRETE REPAIR; ASPHALT PAVING; BUILDING RENOVATION OR DEMOLITION; INTERIOR REMODELING; INFRASTRUCTURE SYSTEM UPGRADES; DRAINAGE CORRECTION; STRUCTURAL REPAIRS; ASBESTOS REMOVAL; ROOFING, SIDING, WINDOW, AND DOOR REPLACEMENT; AND MAINTENANCE FOR RECREATIONAL FACILITIES. SERVICES CAN BE PERFORMED IN VARIOUS FACILITY TYPES AND ENVIRONMENTS, INCLUDING ADMINISTRATIVE, VEHICLE MAINTENANCE, INDUSTRIAL, WAREHOUSES, RECREATION AREAS, LAKE SHORELINES, AND REMOTE RIVER LOCATIONS.
