Government Description
Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) and Corpus Christi Army Depot (CCAD) Job Order Contract (JOC) base year. The contract provides for Sustainment, Restoration, And Modernization (SRM) construction services at JBSA and CCAD, including maintenance, repair, upgrade, and construction of real property facilities. Work performed under this contract includes a wide variety of repair and minor construction services such as mechanical, plumbing, structural, electrical, lighting installation or repair, HVAC systems, instrumentation repair incidental to construction, asbestos and lead-based paint abatement, environmental remediation, anti-terrorism and force protection systems upgrades, and interior or exterior painting. Specific tasks completed to date include floor repairs, door relocation, epoxy flooring, roof replacement, propeller display installation, office renovation, storm repairs, concrete sidewalk installation, HVAC repairs and upgrades, electrical system distribution, and well repair.
