THE CONTRACTOR PERFORMS MECHANICAL AND NON-MECHANICAL TREATMENTS, EROSION REPAIR, AND VEGETATION PLANTING OUTSIDE THE CANTONMENT AREA IN SUPPORT OF THE INTEGRATED NATURAL RESOURCES MANAGEMENT PLAN (INRMP). SPECIFIC TASKS INCLUDE MOWING, DISKING, MULCHING, HAND CLEARING, AND HERBICIDE APPLICATION, WITH ALL WORK CONDUCTED TO MAINTAIN TRAINING LANDS FOR MILITARY READINESS AND SUSTAINABLE NATURAL RESOURCES.
