Rocky top job order contract. The Directorate Of Public Works (DPW), Fort Campbell, Kentucky, requires a Job Order Contract (JOC) whereby a contractor provides all personnel, equipment, tools, material, and supervision to support Sustainment, Renovation, And Modernization (SRM) construction services to Fort Campbell facilities and components geographically located within the counties of montgomery and stewart in Tennessee. Includes a wide range of construction and repair tasks such as carpentry, roofing, painting, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, masonry, demolition, storm drainage, earthwork, welding, energy conservation, environmental, and general construction. Specific projects completed under this contract include fire alarm system installation and testing, HVAC system replacement and repair, asbestos abatement, demolition of buildings, installation of new overhead doors, repair of water-damaged walls, flooring replacement, electrical panel upgrades, and other facility improvements.
