This is a non-personal services contract to include instruction, curriculum development, and translation/interpretation, for individual and group training both on site and virtually, and military learning/training environments. Provides comprehensive language and culture services, including instruction in foreign languages for adult learners by native-speaking instructors, development of curriculum and training materials based on ilr proficiency levels, and integration of culturally relevant content such as military terminology and cross-cultural competence. Technology and online learning tools are used to enhance instruction and simulate real-world engagement environments, and student ilr proficiency levels are assessed to tailor lessons for spontaneous use of the target language in culturally appropriate contexts.
