Government Description
Tracy JOC normal working hours-base. This contract is a Job Order Contract (JOC) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) at tracy defense distribution depot, providing alteration, repairs, and construction services. Includes Sustainment, Restoration, And Modernization (SRM) as well as minor construction projects, covering a wide variety of repair and minor construction services such as mechanical, plumbing, structural, electrical, lighting installation or repair, HVAC, instrumentation repair incidental to construction, asbestos and lead-based paint abatement, other environmental remediation incidental to construction, anti-terrorism and force protection systems upgrades, repairs, and installation, interior or exterior painting of buildings or structures incidental to construction, temporary structures, and emergency repair. The JOC is intended to provide rapid response for construction, maintenance, rehabilitation, and repair of real property at the tracy defense distribution depot.
