Government Description
See attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) In Section J for Details. The Award Provides Program and Staff Support (PASS) services for the U.S. Army combat capabilities development command chemical biological center (DEVCOM CBC), including human capital management, intelligence and security documentation processing, strategic planning, business development, operations support, project management, acquisition development, financial management, safety, and risk management. Tasks performed include workforce capability analyses, personnel training programs, operations and organizational studies, technical consultation on technology transfer, patent analysis, SBIR solicitation tracking, and annual technology transfer reporting. Financial management services such as budgetary support and Earned Value Management (EVM), as well as acquisition planning services including market research and drafting acquisition documents, are also provided.
