BASE CONTRACT FOR ASSEMBLY/MANUFACTURING, STORAGE, AND DISTRIBUTION FOR DEFENSE BIOLOGICAL PRODUCT ASSURANCE OFFICE (DBPAO) PRODUCTS. INCLUDES THE ASSEMBLY AND MANUFACTURE OF END ITEMS INCORPORATING GOVERNMENT-PROVIDED LATERAL FLOW IMMUNOASSAY (LFI) STRIPS, AS WELL AS STORAGE AND DISTRIBUTION OF THESE PRODUCTS. ADDITIONAL TASKS INCLUDE ASSEMBLY OF OPERATIONAL AND TRAINING PANELS, BIOLOGICAL SAMPLING KITS, CARRIER BOX ASSEMBLIES, AND HAND HELD PLASTIC CARRIERS, ALONG WITH PROGRAM REPORTING AND TRANSFER OF GOVERNMENT PROPERTY. ALL ITEMS ARE DELIVERED FOB DESTINATION TO BOTH CONUS AND OCONUS LOCATIONS.
