Government Description
Ozark JOC base year provides a Job Order Contract (JOC) for construction services at facilities throughout the ozark region in Iowa and Missouri. Work performed includes repair and maintenance of real property, repair and replacement of HVAC, water, and sewer systems, paving, roofing, interior and exterior painting, ceiling repairs or replacements, repair or replacement of floor coverings, renovations, refurbishments, civil works, and electrical repairs involving all building crafts and trades. Specific tasks have included eliminating HVAC pneumatic systems, replacing fire alarms, repairing water damage, parking lot and driveway repairs, motor pool fence installation, wall and flagpole repairs, lighting upgrades, roof level access ladders, physical security inspections, lighting replacements, roof repairs, cooling system replacements, water pipe replacements, exterior painting, mep fence and gate repairs, resealing and restriping parking and drives, acm flooring updates, and ddc controls updates.
