Government Description
Protective coatings. The protective coatings IDIQ contract covers a broad range of maintenance, repair, and minor protective coatings construction work on real property at Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM) and other supported organizations. Includes maintenance and repair of surfaces such as concrete, stucco, wood, plaster, gypsum wallboard, composite materials, masonry, brick, steel, and galvanized and aluminum coated metal. The contractor is responsible for providing all materials, equipment, and personnel to complete individual task orders (TOS), including moving furniture and equipment as necessary to accomplish the work with minimal disruption to building occupants.
