Government Description
Ft hood preventative maintenance provides management, tools, equipment, vehicles, and skilled labor necessary to develop and execute a comprehensive Preventive Maintenance Program (PMP) for Fort Cavazos. Tasks include surveying, forecasting, inspection, and reporting requirements; Unaccompanied Enlisted Personnel Housing (UEPH) preventive maintenance services; maintenance of installed building equipment systems; planned and unplanned preventive maintenance; HVAC filter replacement; performance measurement and operations; gfebs operations services; logistics support; and mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical preventive maintenance services. The contractor ensures compliance with industry standards and local codes while maintaining accurate records in gfebs.
