Government Description
Fort Polk JOC provides real property Sustainment, Restoration, And Modernization (SRM) minor construction in support of the United States Army Directorate Of Public Works (DPW) at Fort Polk, Louisiana. Work performed under this contract includes small, multi-trade projects such as site work, demolition and build back, mechanical systems and controls replacement, infrastructure preservation, renovation, finish replacement, and vertical construction. Specific tasks have included HVAC system replacement and repairs, roof repairs, electrical upgrades, fence and gate installations, drainage and structural repairs, chiller and boiler replacements, automatic door repairs, elevator safety upgrades, lighting improvements, latrine remediation, and bridge repairs across various buildings and facilities at Fort Polk.
