Aptima Inc.,* Woburn, Massachusetts, was awarded a $19,000,000 hybrid (cost, cost-plus-fixed-fee, and firm-fixed-price) contract for research to provide a means to enhance the Army Research Institute programs of research in the general area of Army personnel development and training.
