Government Description
This is a non-personal services contract to provide administrative support, data management, data collection, instrumentation, Information Technology (IT) services, and logistics support to the integrated test and evaluation and fires test directorates in support of mission requirements. The contractor performs operational test, data collection, and experimentation in support of the U.S. Army Operational Test Command (USAOTC), including combined Developmental And Operational Test, Joint and Multi-Service Tests, Training Activities, And Other Department of Defense (DOD) activities. Includes support for afatds, aiamd, amdtd, c-uas, edge events, fstd, im-shorad, ifpc, jtags, patriot, pc capstone, pf-m, precision strike missile, sentinel, sgt stout, thaad, and Technical Support Division (TSD) test and evaluation activities. Tasks performed involve operation, maintenance, training, and transport of instrumentation, vehicles, and equipment; pre-test support, site surveys, user accreditation exercises; ram data management; production of test documentation; development of test plans; coordination of test resources; and collection of required system performance data using automated data collection systems.
