Government Description
Healthcare Environmental Cleaning (HEC) and linen laundry non-personal services provided in support of the U.S. Army Health Clinic - Vicenza (USAHC-V) in vicenza, Italy. HEC services include cleanliness, disinfection, and aesthetic maintenance of public and patient care spaces within Department of Defense (DOD) military treatment facilities (MTFS), covering service levels such as surgical areas, patient areas, restrooms, clinical/support areas, administrative areas, and common areas. The contractor is responsible for the full scope of HEC and linen laundry operations, including management activities such as planning, scheduling, cost accounting, report preparation and submission, establishing and maintaining records, quality control, and performance management. Linen laundry services include transporting, laundering, receiving clean linen, removing used linen, inventorying, and distributing linen in accordance with the performance work statement.
