Provides tank truck transportation of Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) energy owned fuel products, including aviation turbine, diesel, and gasoline fuel, throughout the south korean peninsula. Services include delivering bulk fuel to designated permanent and temporary U.S. Storage tanks, tank bags, or refueling trucks, and providing surge support for situations such as pipeline unserviceability, tank cleaning projects, alternate receiving capability tests, and unexpected facility malfunctions. The contractor is responsible for all personnel, equipment, materials, and facilities necessary to perform these services.
