Government Description
Procurement of target systems, launchers, ground support equipment and spares. This includes the acquisition of fixed-wing, subscale, jet-propelled unmanned aerial target systems such as MQM-178 firejet and BQM-167, as well as associated components like Magellan Aerospace Winnipeg (MAW) Rocket Assisted Take-Off (RATO) motors, initiators, and balance beams. The work also covers replacement engines for firejet target systems, participation in the advanced subscale aerial platform program, and the provision of accredited, threat representative unmanned Aerial Target Systems for Sensor Presentations Or Live Fire Tracking and Engagement In Weapon Systems Testing. Additionally, The Contract Supports Updates To the Airborne Countermeasures Dispenser System (ALE-47) programmable software.
