Government Description
Modernizing Instrumentation Solutions for Test and Evaluation (MISTE) provides design, Development, Integration, Testing, And Fielding of Test Capabilities And/Or Related Test Infrastructure Among Department of Defense (DOD) test ranges. Work performed includes advanced range tracking and imaging systems, Army Reprogramming Analysis Team (ARAT) test instrumentation modernization, Atec Fiber Modernization (AFM), Autonomous Systems Test Capability (ASTC) safety environment and response, hardware procurement for white sands missile range survivability assessment, NAVSEA binary obfuscator tool delivery, environmental effects modernization for test chambers, sensor data procurement for robotics/unmanned autonomous systems, and system-of-Systems Controlled Environment Test Infrastructure (SCETI) test control center. Additional efforts cover test network modernization, Laser Diagnostic Instrumentation Prototype (LDIP), sensor/data and environmental effects modernization, high energy laser target boards, Ground Unattended Threat Sensor Suite (GUTSS), replacement temperature humidity chambers, aviation Training Aircraft Survivability Equipment Stimulation Suite (TASS) integration support, electronic attack 5TH generation ecosystems, enterprise architecture connectivity test network modernization, procurement of commercial off-the-shelf products for naval air warfare division, open air multi-spectral data collection, mission adaptable multi-band asset for global navigation satellite system (MAMBA-GV2), universal read-in integrated circuit (RIIC) for infrared scene projector, rapid test systems directed energy (RATS DE), Single Event Effect (SEE) beamline, telemetry systems modernization, and future modifications study for Joint SATCOM Threat Analysis Testing System (JSTATS).
