Base contract of Enterprise Training Services Contract (ETSC). ETSC is a firm fixed price Multiple Award (MA) Indefinite-Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract with a 5 year period of performance consisting of a one year base contract period plus F one year option years. ETSC will provide non-personal services, knowledge-based training services and support solutions to the Army and partner nations worldwide in order to satisfy these customers existing and emerging training and training related requirements.
