Government Description
Reagents, supplies, training and maintenance for the government owned roche diagnostic total laboratory automation system. The contractor will provide a fully automated system that includes discrete random access chemistry/immunochemistry analyzers capable of performing required assays, delivery and installation, all calibrators/standards, reagents/reagent packs, and quality control materials necessary for specified assays. Method validation will be performed in accordance with clia/nccls/dpals qm guidelines, with emergency orders delivered within 24 hours and regular orders within ten working days. Maintenance services, including preventive maintenance and unscheduled repairs, as well as initial on-site operator training at Madigan Army Medical Center (MAMC) for technicians prior to use of the analyzer for patient testing, are also included.
