Five-year, firm-fixed price, IDIQ for the upgrade of the UH-60 blackhawk. The contractor shall furnish all labor, parts, materials, equipment, tools, and data necessary to accomplish the overhaul and upgrade of the engine starter for the UH-60 black hawk, including maintenance and overhaul of starter, engine assets identified by nsns 2995-01-208-7809, 2995-01-464-4318, and 2995-01-676-7405. Includes upgrading these starters to output NSN 2995-01-676-7405 (P/N 3505300-10).
